Netflix
Netflix
At Netflix, I wrote synopses that were variants to the standard descriptions viewers see when browsing particular titles. These variants incorporated more energy, humor, and creativity compared to the baseline synopses, all with the intent of generating more viewership for respective films, shows, and specials. Here are some of my favorites:
Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax
Catchy songs! Colorful views! This Dr. Seuss fable is far from a snooze! There’s humor, heart, and a hero in its trees. Join the fun, if you so please!
Shrek
Like an onion, “Shrek” has layers. Layers of clever humor, enduring characters and punchy dialogue, with a rosy ode about loving oneself at the core.
School of Rock
Enter the School of Rock. You’ll need guitar picks and drum sticks. AC/DC and Jimi Hendrix are your homework. To get an A, just do one thing: rock hard!
Catch Me If You Can
Merry Christmas passengers. Please strap on a pilot uniform, stow all forged checks and keep aisles clear of FBI agents on your tail. Let’s fly away!
30 Rock
In a world plagued by vain executives and bumbling coworkers, an overworked comedy writer fights for love, sanity and the right to eat night cheese.
